About the Role
This isn't just recruitment -- it's about building the future of our teams and ensuring every new team member feels truly welcome and supported. You'll manage the full journey: from attracting and engaging talented candidates to helping them settle in and thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and qualifying candidates for a range of clinical and support roles
Designing and delivering tailored onboarding plans
Crafting and marketing engaging job adverts that reflect our unique culture
Building strong, lasting relationships with candidates
Developing talent pipelines through market mapping and strategic talent acquisition
Managing and maintaining our candidate database
Supporting all onboarding administration, from offer to first day

What We're Looking For
A positive, friendly, and chatty person who loves connecting with people
A Vet or RVN keen to use their clinical insight in a new way
A genuine interest in recruitment and onboarding -- previous experience is a bonus but not essential
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Confidence using recruitment tools and technology
A proactive, can-do mindset -- you get stuff done!
Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, organised approach

Duties at a Glance
Team Collaborator:
Partner with hiring managers to plan, sign off roles, and deliver excellent hires
Curious Conversationalist:
Review CVs, conduct phone interviews, and build strong candidate pipelines
Insightful Interviewer:
Lead engaging interviews to find the right fit -- every time
Talent Scout:
Headhunt on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media; think creatively to reach the best people
Onboarding Specialist:
Make every new starter feel welcome and prepared for success
Content Creator:
Write standout job adverts and promote our refer-a-friend scheme with energy
Support Champion:
Ensure all compliance and onboarding admin is complete, from references to uniforms
Organisation Whiz:
Keep our systems updated and coordinate smooth processes for every new hire
