We're now looking for a

Video Editing Graduate

to join our creative team -- someone with a strong eye for storytelling, a passion for video, and the ambition to build a career in content creation within a fast-moving, purpose-driven company.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, creative ownership, and the chance to work on nationally recognised content from day one.

The Role



As a Video Editing Graduate, you'll be involved across the full video production process -- from filming and editing to publishing and optimising content for social and digital platforms.

You'll work closely with producers, editors and creators to deliver high-quality video content that informs, inspires and connects with young audiences. This role is ideal for a recent graduate ready to develop their skills, sharpen their creative voice, and grow within a professional production environment.

Your Role on

My Duvet Flip

You'll play a key role in bringing the show to life, including:

Filming behind-the-scenes moments, guest arrivals and in-room reactions Capturing social-ready footage during and after recordings Editing short-form content from each shoot day Turning episode highlights into engaging TikToks, Reels and YouTube Shorts Supporting episode footage organisation and story selection Helping identify and craft high-impact "hook" moments that drive reach and engagement

What You'll Do



Filming & Production



Assist with filming interviews, show segments and behind-the-scenes content Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio for studio and location shoots Capture clean, well-framed footage for both long-form and social-first edits Support shoot logistics, equipment handling and media management

Editing & Post-Production



Edit video content primarily using

DaVinci Resolve

Create high-quality short-form content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn Support longer-form edits, trailers and highlight reels Add captions, transitions, basic motion graphics and sound design Maintain organised project files and efficient post-production workflows

Creative Development



Contribute ideas for new formats, hooks and storytelling approaches Support scripting, shot lists and interview planning when required Bring creative input to improve engagement, pacing and audience retention
Social & Digital Publishing

Upload, schedule and optimise videos across platforms Analyse performance and apply learnings to future edits Support community engagement through comments and audience interaction

What We're Looking For



A degree (or equivalent experience) in media, film, content creation or a related field Strong interest in video editing, storytelling and digital content Confident using (or keen to deepen skills in) video editing software Good understanding of short-form platforms like TikTok, YouTube and Instagram Creative, organised and proactive with strong attention to detail Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced creative team

Bonus:



Experience editing video projects (university, freelance, personal or social content) Filming experience using professional cameras or high-quality mobile setups
