Role Overview

You'll be the go-to creative mind for all things video, animation, and motion graphics. From social media ads to YouTube content, you'll craft content that's bold, engaging, and designed to convert.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a flair for visual storytelling.

You will work

on- site in our Harlow office

to carry out the responsibilities below.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

: Edit short-form and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads.

Motion Graphics

: Use Adobe After Effects to create animations, titles, and branded motion graphics that elevate content.

Content Creation

: Develop dynamic videos for social media and digital campaigns using Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Graphic Design

: Design supporting assets with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Filming Support

: Assist with on-site video shoots, ensuring proper

lighting and camera setup

Drone Experience

(bonus)*: Capture aerial footage to add high production value to content.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with colleagues to bring ideas to life with consistency, creativity, and alignment to goals.

Strategic Contribution

: Provide fresh perspectives, analyze competitors, and contribute ideas to help the company stand out and grow its presence.

Creative Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing and tutoring team to storyboard, plan, and execute content.

Software Skills

Adobe Premiere Pro

- video editing (short-form & long-form).

Adobe After Effects

- motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

- creating and editing graphics, thumbnails, and design assets.

DaVinci Resolve

- colour grading and finishing.

Basic sound editing tools

(e.g., Audition, Resolve Fairlight, or similar). Knowledge of

camera and lighting equipment

Drone operation software

(bonus)*.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

video editing

, with strong skills in

Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

. Expertise in

motion graphics, animation, and content creation

. Proficiency with

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

for graphic design and supporting assets. Knowledge of

lighting, cameras, and production equipment

for high-quality filming. Experience with

drone filming

(preferred but not essential)*.
Ability to

develop creative concepts

and bring them to life visually. Strong

attention to detail

, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all outputs. Excellent

communication skills

, both written and verbal. Highly

self-motivated

with the ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines. Availability to work

on-site in our Harlow office three days per week (9am-5pm)
