Job Description

The Video Production Assistant will support Whitenoise's film and motion team in all stages of production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.

Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling, location scouting, and production logistics. Support camera crews and producers on set. Communicate with clients, actors, and suppliers during shoots. Maintain studio equipment and ensure safe storage of gear. Organise and label footage, stills, and project assets. Help with basic editing, captioning, and file preparation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

Excellent written communication and document preparation skills. Organisational skills. Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro or similar). Ability to work well in a team and under time pressure.
Desirable Skills

Experience in a creative agency or team. Filming, editing and/or photography experience. Passion for film, production, and storytelling.
