We're on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic

Videographer & Editor

to join our creative team at dmb films. We help our clients inspire their people through video. If you love telling stories, have a sharp eye for detail, bringing the content we capture to life with slick edits and dynamic motion graphics, this could be the perfect role for you!

You'll need to be confident behind the camera, but your real expertise will be in video editing and motion graphics. We're looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience, a deep knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, and solid skills in After Effects.

We know great work comes from a great team, and collaboration is at the core of what we do. We're looking for someone who's organised, manages their time well, and works seamlessly with others.

This role involves some national and international travel, so you'll need to be flexible and up for the adventure! You'll also be based at our Leigh-On-Sea office for at least two days a week, unless we're out on location, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

What You'll Be Doing



Videography & Production



Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video content, including interviews, events, promotional videos, and social media assets. Use a range of cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment to capture professional footage. Work closely with our creative team to plan and execute shoots that bring ideas to life.

Editing & Post-Production



Edit footage into engaging, polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro. Add motion graphics, animations, and effects in After Effects to enhance storytelling. Colour-correct and grade footage to ensure a consistent, high-quality look. Mix and enhance audio for clear, professional sound. Keep files organised and easy to access for storage purposes and future projects.

Collaboration & Creativity



Work closely with our creative team to ensure videos align with project goals and brand guidelines. Bring fresh ideas and creative input during planning stages. Stay up to date with industry trends and new tools to keep our content looking sharp.

What We're Looking For



Must-Haves



Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and a high-proficiency in Adobe After Effects. Strong videography skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio. A great eye for storytelling, composition, and pacing. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines. A positive, team-focused attitude - you'll work closely with others and need strong communication skills. 4+ years of professional experience in video production and editing. Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Nice to Haves



Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of 3D animation or VFX. Understanding of video trends. Experience in photography or still image editing.
