VIP HOST SUPERVISOR

VIP Host Supervisors

Macclesfield

THE ROLE

As a VIP Host Supervisor, you'll be the operational lead for your shift--guiding and supporting a team of hosts, ensuring the smooth running of each family's magical journey through Lapland.

You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across all guest touchpoints, from theatrical moments to dining, performance areas, and gifting. With strong communication and calm leadership, you'll help deliver a seamless experience for guests and staff alike.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the guest journey and supporting hosts on shift Delivering team briefings and resolving real-time operational issues Ensuring all setups--seating, dining, and gifting--are ready for each tour Liaising with departments including Wardrobe, Food & Beverage, and Event Control Championing accessibility and inclusion for all guests Leading by example to maintain morale and exceptional standards Managing shift schedules, reporting absences, and supporting wellbeing Upholding safety procedures and reporting any incidents or hazards

What were looking for:

You might be an experienced team leader from a visitor attraction, live event, theatre, or hospitality background--what matters most is your calm confidence, team-first mindset, and passion for creating joyful guest experiences.

You'll need:

At least one year of team leadership experience in a guest-facing role Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills A problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of health & safety practices and accessibility awareness Comfort working with tech and digital schedules A positive, hands-on attitude and festive team spirit
