Now, we're looking for an

ad-hoc Virtual Assistant

to join our growing team.

What you'll be doing:

Answering and making calls with genuine warmth and professionalism Turning enquiries into booked appointments Following up quotes and chasing leads -- creating sales momentum for our clients Using tools like

Monday.com

and CRMs to keep everything on track Helping with recruitment tasks (shortlisting, filtering applicants, arranging interviews) Coming up with fresh ideas and better ways of doing things -- and actually running with them
What we're looking for:

A natural people-person who can sell without even realising they're selling*
Strong customer service skills with a commercial edge Forward-thinking, solution-driven, and not afraid to speak up with ideas Comfortable working independently from home on an ad-hoc, flexible basis Knowledge of landscaping, construction or trades would be a bonus (but not essential) Quick to learn new systems and CRMs (experience with

is a plus)
