As we grow and develop as a company, we are now on the lookout for Virtual Assistants to join our team and ensure we can continue to provide high level, comprehensive services to our customers.

The Role



As a Virtual Assistant, you will be an organiser and problem solver, our undercover hero and operational superstar. Be it taking care of diary and travel management, admin and bookkeeping or helping with sales and marketing admin, you will be the go-to person who helps keep our client's businesses running.

Typically, your varied day-to-day role will include all or some of the following:

Bookkeeping, invoicing and credit control Sales and marketing activities Social media or email campaign management To do lists, secretarial work, email and diary management CRM or web maintenance and data entry Event and travel planning Making, taking and directing calls

About You



To be considered as our next Virtual Assistant, you will need:

To be available during normal office hours throughout the working week and the desire to build a career as a Virtual Assistant A proactive attitude and positive approach to getting things done A successful varied support career with experience in one or more industries - any type of industry Preferably two to seven years in most roles with consistently high performance - any role so long as you were successful, and ideally 10 years overall professional experience To be highly computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite Excellent all-round IT skills including online software systems for bookkeeping, sales, marketing (e.g. social media, email marketing, CRM) and travel Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great telephone manner To be educated to a minimum of A-Level standard, preferably to degree level To be based in the UK and have an appropriate home office setup to work remotely
Some knowledge of general marketing concepts, bookkeeping, customer service and sales would be highly beneficial.
