Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate records of client progress and activities Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role Knowledge of elderly care practices and first aid certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others Familiarity with medication administration and patient care protocols.
