Marlborough College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Visiting Sports Coach (Netball)
to join our dynamic Sports Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach motivated pupils in one of the UK's leading co-educational boarding schools, working within exceptional facilities and a supportive professional environment.
The Role
As a Netball Coach, you will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality coaching sessions for pupils of all abilities
Develop technical skills, tactical understanding and match awareness
Adapt coaching approaches to meet individual and team needs
Promote teamwork, discipline and a positive sporting ethos
Provide constructive feedback to encourage pupil progress
Support fixtures, training sessions and relevant sporting activities
Maintain accurate attendance and performance records
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
Strong experience in netball coaching or competitive playing background
A solid understanding of netball skills, rules and tactical systems
Excellent communication and the ability to motivate young players
A positive, professional and adaptable approach
A genuine commitment to pupil development and wellbeing
Experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
