We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction and foster a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Provide information about products and services, guiding customers through their choices to enhance their experience. Handle customer complaints with empathy, aiming for resolution while maintaining a positive relationship. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey from entry to exit. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all materials are readily available for customer assistance. Collect feedback from customers to help improve service delivery and overall experience. Assist in managing guest services, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Skills

Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Background in hospitality is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of customer care principles. Excellent guest services skills, showcasing the ability to create memorable experiences for customers. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Problem-solving abilities that enable you to address issues swiftly while maintaining professionalism. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Pay: 12.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 7 per week
