Job Description

As a Visitor Experience Assistant you are responsible for delivering a food and beverage service to the public who attend performances, films, classes, events and meetings at Eden Court. You are responsible for ensuring that they feel welcome, that they can find all the services they require and that they are safe at all times.

As part of the Visitor Experience team, your role is to ensure that the front of house experience at Eden Court the best possible: that all Eden Court customers are made to feel welcome and are given all the appropriate information they need to fully enjoy their time at Eden Court.

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join a team who are passionate and champion the work of Eden Court. This varied role would be perfect for those who have an interest in both hospitality and the arts.

Zero hours + 15 hours per week contracts available

PENSION

Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension

HOLIDAYS

Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years' service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years' service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.
