Job Description

We're looking for an organised and proactive

Visual Merchandising Project Manager

to join our Merchandising team on a

6-month fixed-term contract

, based at our

Weybridge, Surrey Head Office

. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality visual merchandising across the UK and Ireland, ensuring our brands are represented consistently and impactfully in-store.

Reporting to the

Design & Visual Merchandising Manager

, you'll manage multiple VM projects, liaise with suppliers and client companies, track installations, and support promotional activity from concept through to execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and prioritising multiple VM projects and installation timelines Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and client companies for approvals Tracking costs, budgets, and purchase orders Supporting promotional installs, POS delivery, and displays Attending weekly planning meetings and maintaining clear project documentation

Strong project management and organisational skills Confident managing external contractors and multiple deadlines A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
