Step into the role of Visual Merchandising & Styling Manager here at Joules Head Office within our friendly and creative Visual Merchandising Team, which is part of the Marketing department.
Your Role:

  • Responsible for the direct management, performance and professional development of an established Visual Merchandising (VM) team.
  • Accountable for the creation, implementation, and management of the VM work calendar, overseeing all visual merchandising tasks and ensuring timely and effective output across all retail channels.
  • Leading the Visual Merchandising (VM) team in the planning and execution of Inspirational Guide setups. This involves creating packs for all Mainline and Outlet stores to clearly demonstrate the placement of the range for each campaign.
  • Managing the visual merchandising for wholesale showroom setups and providing crucial support for trade show VM installations as and when required.
  • Wholesale store visits to provide training, ensuring key wholesale accounts adhere to brand standards and correctly implement Point of Sale (POS)
  • In collaboration with the Senior VM Manager, taking a lead role in the visual merchandising aspects of new store openings, existing store relocations, and comprehensive store refreshes, from planning to execution.
  • Overseeing the complete lifecycle of in-store graphics for both Mainline and Outlet stores.
  • Developing and executing styling strategies that are commercially aligned with our brand identity, seasonal campaigns and marketing objectives.
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling styling concepts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay aligned with current fashion trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to inform styling decisions.
  • Implement comprehensive styling guidelines for all brand touchpoints,including retail windows/in-store displays, wholesale and shows.
  • Retail Focus: Ensuring each location by grade is considered for each campaign launch and trade reactions.
  • Present styling concepts and finished work to stakeholders, articulating creative decisions and rationale behind each decision made.
  • Styling training including video content.
  • Travel within the UK and abroad.
About You:
From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you:
  • Previous experience within a similar role, able to demonstrate your styling background with a commercial VM lens.
  • Confidence in working with Adobe.
  • Strong affinity for managing key stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges, demonstrating innovation and initiative to suggest new ideas or ways of working.
  • You will have a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of fashion trends.

Where will you be working?
This is a full time role where you can expect a mix of field based work and work based from 'The Barn' - Joules' purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
This role is office based working onsite, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together.
