As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of Vodafone's UK offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.


What you'll do





We're looking for a Technical Consultant who's ready to be the trusted expert for one of our nominated customers. If you enjoy working across teams, solving problems, and driving service improvements, this could be the perfect fit.



You'll be the technical champion for your customer--making sure their needs are heard and supported across Vodafone. You'll act as a technical consultant, with deep knowledge of the customer's services, solutions, and infrastructure. You'll provide technical advice and support to both internal teams and the customer--whether it's in real-time or after the fact. You'll be involved throughout the entire service lifecycle, helping with readiness, integration, and ongoing support. You'll proactively look for ways to enhance and improve services, spotting opportunities before they become issues.

Who you are





In-depth technical knowledge of Vodafone products and services. A strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/ICM In-depth intimate knowledge of customer services. In-depth knowledge of BAU operational support teams within the business. Experience of supporting the customer's in-life technical requirements into Vodafone while considering KPIs, SLAs and long-term objectives etc. Experience of ensuring service improvements/enhancements are owned and driven to improve the overall customer and internal stakeholder's experiences.
