Voids Supervisor
Job Description
Working with the Contracts Manager, Site Supervisors and Trade Operatives on all aspects of delivery, including implementation and completion/ signoff of all operational projects.
Contracts to be covered will include Responsive Repairs, Voids, Damp & Mould, Adaptations and Disrepair.
Involving all Health & Safety elements including site set up and support.
Estimating, ensuring accurate input of construction plans and programmes.
Aligning labour resource and materials to the planned immediate needs of projects.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders This list is not exhaustive and works carried out will be to suit the business needs.
What We Need from You.
Appropriate building/ technical qualification/ GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English
Valid Site based qualification
Proven experience of managing social housing sites/contracts
Experience in project delivery, including measure and specifications of works and post inspections
Experience using SOR's and having a general understanding of their use
Experience of using IT systems, including Microsoft office software (Outlook/ Word and Excel)
A current driving licence is essential

Pay: 45,000.00 per year
