Job Description
We are looking for a Voids Supervisor within property services to support the team, performance and line management, (operatives and sub-contractors), Client relationship management - site attendance, technical support to source and obtain materials.
Essential:
strong technical knowledge across all trades within construction, Experience across Social Housing Repairs and maintenance, and Voids Line management, leader of team/operatives
Salary: 45,000
Van & Fuel card provided
30 days paid holiday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 45,000.00 per year
