Key Responsibilities
Provisioning, configuring, and supporting landline and VoIP services
Troubleshooting and resolving network, PSTN/ISDN, and VoIP-related faults
Supporting system design, installation, maintenance, and user training
Managing day-to-day provisioning tasks across broadband, fibre, and telephony products
Ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and internal teams
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrable experience within the telecoms industry
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, positive attitude
Strong organisational skills and effective time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Logical, methodical approach to problem-solving

Technical Requirements
Strong knowledge of landline provisioning and
Gamma Horizon VoIP
Understanding of fixed and wireless networking
Experience with system add-ons (e.g., door entry systems, PA integration)
Knowledge of
WLR3, LLU, Broadband, Fibre (FTTC/FTTP)

Ability to fault-find networks and PSTN/ISDN lines
