The Conveyancing Executive will join a friendly team and we have a variety of caseloads to manage.
Responsibilities include:
Sale contract issues Replying to enquiries Purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries Reporting on mortgage offers and searches Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and we also offer support and development
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working within a volume conveyancing team (essential) Experience in dealing with leasehold flat properties, including title checks, from beginning to end Be ambitious & motivated to achieve personal & professional goals Able to work as part of a team and independently Experience in working with case management systems Have a willingness to learn and progress Applicants with strong volume conveyancing experience will only be considered for this opportunity, 2 years experience as a minimum.
