About Blossom Group:
We're a grassroots organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals, families, and diverse communities through real-life challenges--poverty, isolation, mental health, and more. We run practical, hands-on programs that lift people up and help them move forward.
The Role:
We're looking for a reliable Volunteer Bookkeeper to help us stay organised behind the scenes. You'll manage simple accounts, keep our records tidy, and make sure everything adds up--so we can stay focused on what matters: helping people.
What You'll Do:
Keep track of income and expenses
Maintain accurate financial records
Prepare simple monthly reports for the team
Help ensure compliance with basic financial procedures
Support with funding/grant reports where needed
What You'll Need:
Some experience with bookkeeping or small charity accounts
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets or accounting software (we're flexible)
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
A few hours a week to offer--your schedule, your pace
A commitment to supporting community impact
