Chester & District Federation of the Blind is a small business in Runcorn, WA7 1LR. We are professional, agile and our goal is to CDFB exists to try to meet the needs of people with a visual impairment by providing those services which are either not provided, or not sufficiently provided by other organisations or agencies..

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
