We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and enhancing our brand visibility across various platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments to achieve our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement. Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to inform content creation.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a similar role or industry. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with target audiences.
