Build the offering and drive growth through pre-sales activities related to a Group priority. Manage CoEs and a global alignement across regions. Be visible internally and externally to produce Go To Market content and participate to global events. Keep in touch closely with client expectations by contributing to delivery engagements.

Lead pre-sales and deal shaping on a Group Priority (CoE, particularly big deals /multi tower deals/ marquee deals). Contribute to the vision of the Group Priority. Be accountable for single pipeline, opportunity qualification, maximize sold CM and win rate. Create or change market perception externally and internally. Drive offer packaging (GTM tools) in collaboration with the Product Managers. Ensure support is given to key delivery phases. Manage one or several CoE(s) and the organization of the team(s). Responsible for talent recruitment and retention within the CoEs. Lead sales awareness / enablement activities in coordination with Portfolio core team
