SUMMARY
As
VP or Executive Director of Marketing
, you will lead and scale NUSO's global marketing organization with a strong focus on
product marketing
. You will shape our GTM strategies, amplify brand and product visibility across regions, and fuel growth by enabling our expanding network of partners and resellers worldwide. This executive-level role will be instrumental in driving strategic messaging, partner engagement, and market execution across multiple geographies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Marketing
Own product positioning, launch strategy, and customer messaging for NUSO's cloud communications solutions across:
UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, Messaging, SIP Trunking, Microsoft Teams & Zoom integrations, Call Recorder
Deliver global GTM frameworks tailored for North America, UK, EU, and new markets.
Lead development of marketing assets: pitch decks, competitive battlecards, explainer videos, solution briefs, and sales training content.
Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap alignment and user feedback loops.
Support marketing for differentiated offerings like NUSO's
AI-powered recording
and
Teams-native solutions
.
Drive brand storytelling to enhance market visibility and strengthen customer relationships.
Translate complex technical information into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
Channel & Partner Marketing
Design and implement global partner marketing strategies:
MDF campaigns, co-branded content, channel newsletters, enablement materials.
Support go-to-market alignment across partner types: carriers, MSPs, VARs, and resellers.
Localize programs for UK, Italy, Germany, and other focus markets.
Lead channel engagement through industry events, webinars, and campaigns tailored by region.
Optimize partner onboarding and nurture tracks through the NUSO Partner Portal.
Innovate new approaches to engage and expand the customer base, leveraging data-driven insights and emerging marketing trends.
Leadership & Global Marketing Operations
Lead a distributed marketing team across the US and UK.
Align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to drive adoption and revenue.
Manage the full marketing stack (CRM, automation, web, content) to improve conversion and insights.
Define and track KPIs across brand awareness, partner-sourced pipeline, product adoption, and campaign ROI.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, telecom regulations) in all external and internal communications.
Leadership & Global Marketing Operations
Build relationships with industry analysts.
Speaking / Presentations at industry events.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications
10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in telecom, cloud communications, or infrastructure.
Deep expertise in
product marketing
and
partner/channel marketing
, with measurable global impact.
Proven leadership of marketing in
multi-geography environments
-especially across the
US, UK, and EMEA
.
Strong understanding of the telecom ecosystem: UCaaS, SIP, Operator Connect, Teams/Zoom integrations.
Experience tailoring GTM plans by region to reflect market, language, compliance, and cultural differences.
Demonstrated success leading hybrid or fully remote teams across time zones.
Excellent communicator and strategic thinker, comfortable engaging at executive level.
Preferred Experience
Launching new products in regulated or compliance-heavy markets.
Marketing through and with telecom carriers, VARs, and managed service providers.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Figma, Shopify, and ABM platforms.
PR/AR experience across North America and EMEA.
Experience managing field events and partner summits across continents.
