Responsibilities

Conduct engaging training sessions on makeup application techniques and customer service best practices. Develop training materials and resources that facilitate effective learning experiences. Assess the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions and participation. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve existing programmes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments in makeup application. Ensure all training activities align with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in makeup application, preferably in a professional setting. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Previous experience in a training or instructional role is advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for teaching and helping others develop their skills is highly desirable.
