We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services while ensuring a smooth operational flow within the restaurant. Your role will involve engaging with customers, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Duties
Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods.
Handle basic math calculations for order processing and billing.
Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
Experience in serving, food preparation, or culinary roles will be advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for guest services and a commitment to providing an excellent dining experience.
