Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience. Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on serving roles. Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in kitchen or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
