We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and assisting with food preparation. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services to create memorable experiences. Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary processes is advantageous. Ability to upsell menu items through effective communication and persuasion techniques. A helpful attitude towards team members and guests alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
