We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and promptly. Monitor tables and attend to guests' needs, ensuring a positive dining experience. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Clear and reset tables after guests leave, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas before service and clean-up after service. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary. Uphold the restaurant's standards for quality and customer service at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to remember orders. Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
