Duties

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent guest services
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Assist in food preparation and service when necessary
- Utilise basic maths skills for cash handling and transactions
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience

Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or bar work is advantageous
- Proficiency in time management to handle busy periods effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for seamless service delivery
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and help out in various areas of the establishment
