We have an exciting opportunity for a

Waiter / Waitress

to join the team at Caer Rhun Hall. We have various positions available from Casual to Full Time. This position has the opportunity for Live In

The role will be hands-on, and will cover all areas of our food and beverage departments ensuring excellent guest experiences at all times.

Main Duties

Hands-on role and will involve looking after guests throughout the day from breakfast, lunch and dinner service, to looking after our fabulous wedding guests to serving amazing cocktails, wine and the perfect gin and tonic in the evening.

You should also be ready to assist other departments if needed to ensure the overall hotel vision is achieved.

Ensure that the agreed standards of service are consistently delivered across the department, and customer expectations are exceeded.

Ensuring a "can-do" attitude at all times

Identify and recognise the customer need and respond proactively to that need.

You will assist in the delivery of first class service for our wedding and events

About you:

You will thrive being 'hands on' and delivering excellent guest experience

You will ideally have extensive food and beverage experience gained in a similar role within high quality hotel or restaurants

You will be passionate and professional in your work, organised and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will be committed to delivering high standards at all times

You will be a motivated team player

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.00-12.50 per hour
