As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain an organised workspace, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to throughout their dining experience.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of culinary practices is advantageous, particularly in food preparation techniques. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive in assisting guests.

Pay: 10.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
