In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Skills
Strong hospitality skills with a genuine passion for guest services.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, including serving roles.
Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
