Job Summary

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, assisting with menu selections, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils, to ensure a pleasant environment. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention. Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for patrons. Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities efficiently.
