Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their choices. Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Clear tables promptly after guests have finished their meals, preparing for the next customers.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments. A background in culinary arts or food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Pay: 12.38-12.63 per hour
