Restaurant Team - Full Time & Part Time (Live-In or Live Out positions avavaible)

We're on the lookout for strong, confident, and friendly team players to join our

Food & Beverage team

at The Cairngorm Hotel, right in the heart of Aviemore.

We're a busy hotel and restaurant

all year round

, serving everything from hearty breakfasts to lively dinners -- so there's never a dull shift!

About the Role

Full-time (40 hrs, 5 days out of 7)

or

part-time hours to suit

. Food service runs

7:30am - 9:00pm

. Breakfast covers around 60, lunch 100-120, and dinner up to 250 -- busy, but fun! Weekends are part of the mix.
About You

A true team player with good communication skills. Positive, reliable, and happy to muck in wherever needed. Comfortable working under pressure (you'll earn those tips on a Saturday night!). Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to keeping standards high. Someone who enjoys the challenge of a busy restaurant and knows how to have fun with the team while doing it.
