Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have about the menu. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash management procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, demonstrating effective time management skills. Participate in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all patrons.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks during peak hours. Experience in food preparation is advantageous, contributing to overall efficiency in service delivery. Pay: 11.44-12.50 per hour
