We are seeking a motivated and attentive Waitress / Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by efficiently delivering food from the kitchen to guests, maintaining excellent guest relations, and supporting the overall service flow. Duties

Deliver prepared dishes promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Support the culinary team by communicating guest orders clearly and efficiently. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards during all food handling and delivery processes. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and delivery areas throughout shifts. Engage with guests courteously, providing friendly guest relations and addressing any immediate needs or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nights and weekends.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry. Excellent time management skills to deliver orders promptly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales opportunities. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant settings is advantageous. Good communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen staff and front-of-house team. Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor. Familiarity with food preparation, serving techniques, and guest relations enhances overall performance.
