Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve guests in a professional, friendly manner
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
Set up and maintain the bar area (stocking, cleaning, organizing)
Ensure tables, dining areas, and the bar are clean and ready for service
Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to provide smooth operations
Handle guest requests and provide a memorable dining experience
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress with bar knowledge preferred
Ability to set up and maintain a bar (stock rotation, cleanliness, and presentation)
Knowledge of basic cocktails and drink service (training can be provided)
Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills
Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
