We are seeking an experienced Waiter/ Waitresses to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for customer service.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- enhance the dining experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen team to deliver orders promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and guest services
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00 per year
