We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our vibrant team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and assisting with food preparation while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Duties

Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen. Handle transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety standards is advantageous. Strong time management skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced setting. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others is crucial for success in this role.
