compassionate and reliable Wake Night Support Worker
to join our dedicated team in a residential home supporting
adults with learning disabilities
. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to the lives of the people we support by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support throughout the night, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents
Carry out regular wellbeing checks and respond to any needs or emergencies
Support with personal care, bedtime and morning routines where required
Maintain accurate records and handover notes for the day staff
Undertake light domestic tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment
Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:
Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential - full training provided
Genuine passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities
Good communication and observation skills
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Flexibility to work nights on a rota basis
