We're currently looking to recruit a waking night shift care assistant to work fixed night shifts in the Brighton area. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a care role and will have ideally worked waking night shifts previously.

Main Duties:

To support and assist the client with a variety of personal and practical care tasks as specified on their care plan. To ensure clients receive an excellent standard of care and full delivery of all tasks on their care plan. To demonstrate a person-centred approach to care and always promote client independence and dignity. To support an open, positive, friendly and inclusive working culture.

Requirements:

Care related experience, qualifications and/or training

A caring, empathetic and helpful person with a desire to support and empower vulnerable individuals to live their most fulfilling lives An excellent work ethic and a friendly, positive approach to working with others Good organisation and time-management skills The ability to think on your feet, make decisions, create options, and communicate fully with managers

2130 - 0700hrs Fixed Shifts Fixed Shift Rate 132/shift
