14.50 an hour -

Shift and Schedule

10pm - 8am (shifts) up to 40hrs per week

Mon - Sun

This role involves working night shifts only on a rota basis, you must be fully flexible to meet the needs of the children we care for.

The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. Based in Nuneaton

Requirements:

Experience in this field is advantageous, however if you are looking for a change or are someone who is patient and caring with a strong level of emotional intelligence and enjoys learning new skills and experiences we would like to offer you the opportunity to join our team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff. Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle. Aged 21 or over Right to work in the UK Flexibility to work long days and sleep ins on a rota basis Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge
