Waking Night Residential Care Worker
to join our dedicated team in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people during the night.
As a
Waking Night Residential Care Worker
, you will play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting children aged 8-18 with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs. While they sleep, you'll ensure their safety and security, conduct routine checks, provide a calming presence, and respond appropriately to any emotional or behavioural incidents.
Requirements:
Hold a full driving license
Work a rota pattern (which can change), which reflects the needs of our Children
Show resilience
in some emotional situations, and help our Children to become reflective and positive for their future
Enable and
support
our Children so that they feel loved and part of our homes family (belonging and safe)
Implement policies, procedures and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of our Children
Work as a team
to provide safe practices for our Children
Be outgoing, bubbly and be energetic. If you love being outside and burning off some energy this role will suit your personality
