The home has six bright and modern bedrooms. It is situated on bus routes with easy access to both Bournemouth and Winton.
The role of a Waking Night Support worker is to provide personal care and support to our residents in accordance with their care plan, ensuring a high standard of care is provided in a safe, positive and stimulating home environment.

Minimum requirement to work:
You must have the right to work within the UK
You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
NVQ Level 2 desirable or a willingness towards this.
The position will be subject to a DBS being completed, although DBS' registered to the update service are acceptable.*
