Waking Nights - Therapeutic Support Worker (Children's Residential Home)

Full Time Hours on a fixed rota

Rota: 4on 4 off

Salary:? Salary 26,666.00

Job Summary:



This is a wonderful opportunity to start or continue your career in children's care. This position is working in our home in Great Barr, Birmingham, supporting children with Mental Health difficulties and behaviours that may challenge.

What skills do you need to be a successful Therapeutic Support Worker?

Good Listener and have excellent communication skills Caring and Nurturing Patient Committed to providing the best support to our children. Driving Licence
Qualification & Experience

Experience in Residential childcare (preferred, but not essential) Hold a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (for qualified roles only)
