is a small, friendly charitable residential home based in Milford Haven, providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities within a homely and person-centred environment.

We are now looking to recruit Waking Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team working from 10pm-7am. Shifts will include weekends.

As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, safety, and comfort of our residents throughout the night. Every shift is different, and your work will make a real and lasting difference to the people we support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care and support in line with residents' individual needs and preferences. Offering emotional and psychological reassurance to residents who may need support overnight. Monitoring and maintaining a safe environment, ensuring residents are secure and comfortable throughout the night. Supporting with medication administration and accurate record-keeping. Carrying out domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry, and preparing food as required. Completing handovers and accurate documentation to ensure continuity of care between shifts.

Part time or full time hours are available to the right candidate.

A qualification in Health & Social Care is an advantage but not essential -- full training will be provided. All offers of employment are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
