CATH has an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team in Perth.
The Role
You will be part of our Tayview House project, providing 24-hour accommodation-based support to 8 individuals with complex histories and trauma. Our team delivers person-centred support, helping people develop the skills they need to live independently.
Shift Pattern
Night shifts over a 2-week rota including weekends and public holidays with every other Sat and Sun off.
Week 1: 2 shifts on 3 shifts off 2 Shifts on
Week 2: 2 shifts off 3 shifts on 2 shifts off
Shift Hours: 20:50pm - 07:30am
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can build positive relationships, working as part of a team through offering empathetic, person-centred support. Ideally, you'll have experience in housing or health and social care. However, if you have strong listening and communication skills gained in sectors such as hospitality or retail, we'd love to hear from you.
