As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll provide essential care and reassurance to individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex health needs throughout the night.

What you'll do:
Deliver person-centred care in a respite home during night shifts.
Support with personal care, medication, and bedtime routines.
Monitor health and wellbeing throughout the night, responding to needs promptly.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with day staff during handovers.
Ensure a safe, clean, and calm environment for service users.

What we're looking for:
